R3 Reform

As R3 Reform prepared to launch their second pilates studio in Prospect, I collaborated with them to implement a series of major website updates to support their expansion. This included redesigning the homepage and restructuring the navigation to create a more intuitive and seamless experience for visitors. Key pages were also revamped with clearer layouts and stronger calls to action to encourage class signups and to make it easier for users to find what they needed.

The R3 team provided updated content and fresh imagery, which I integrated site-wide to maintain a consistent, polished look. A new blog was also introduced, complete with a landing page, post templates, and category filters to support future content creation. The footer was redesigned to feature essential links and social media icons.

Alongside the broader website updates, I assisted the R3 team with the implementation of Mindbody as their new booking system. This involved embedding Mindbody widgets and class signup links across key pages to provide a seamless user experience.

Behind the scenes, I managed a smooth migration to a new hosting provider, ensuring zero downtime during the transition. To enhance site speed and performance, I optimised all imagery and implemented a WordPress optimisation plugin, improving load times on both desktop and mobile devices.

The project was rolled out in phases covering UX enhancements, SEO improvements, image & video optimisation, and a WordPress backend clean-up. We wrapped up the project with a hands-on training session, empowering the team to confidently manage and update the site as their business continues to grow.
